“The story begins when a young lady finds a bundle of letters in an old farmhouse she purchased in Vermont. The letters are the heartfelt correspondence between Tara Young and Blake Watson. They tell a compelling, you-are-there story about a most fateful day.
From the first letter, we learn that Blake, an ex-security guard for the Towers, returned to his place of employment to pick up some personal items. He sees something he was never intended to see. Thus begins the reader’s front-row seat at one of the most dramatic moments in world history, as a man goes on the run for dear life.
Through secretive, heartfelt correspondence with his girlfriend, we follow Blake’s story, and we become part of all he uncovers about the strange and horrific happenings on 9/11.
This book is part mystery, part love story, part revelation. It is also a compelling read from start to finish. While set in a fictional format, the authors suggest the actual facts are at our fingertips, only a simple click away on our computers. After spending two nights reading an advance copy of this book, I spent the next two nights researching it.
I haven’t slept for four nights.
With the powerhouse punch this book conclusively delivers, I understand the authors’ concern about revealing their identities. For now, let’s hope by shining a light on all that is revealed, this will cause us to think more critically about what we were told.
Or, if you’re just looking for a good read, you won’t be disappointed.
“Postmark 9/11, The Lost Letters That Reveal the Untold Story” delivers on its promise!”
